It all started with Azurdee who will help you with the onboarding process at Blue Sparrow before Dr. Araba's visit. The attention to detail and care with how she prepares you for your visit is kind of unbelievable. The customer service you will receive will make you aware of how rare it is to actually get personalized customer service these days. I felt very prepared when Dr. Araba arrived. I was again blown away by my experience and how detailed, thorough, and thoughtful Dr. Araba was on her visit to see my cat and puppy. Dr. Araba is so incredibly knowledgeable, insightful, and full of tips no matter what your questions might be. She spent so much time explaining things to us whether it was on the topic of food/nutrition, vaccines, medicine, or training. I walked away with a completely new perspective on how to care for my four-year-old cat and she practically handed over a puppy manual for my new beloved baby. She is amazing with animals and their owners. Dr. Araba is so much fun to work with too and has a great sense of humor. Erin Meyer is also an outstanding Vet Tech that accompanied Dr. Araba. The two of them are a dream team. I feel incredibly lucky to have such outstanding medical care and attention for my beloved creatures. I could never go back to waiting in line to see a vet.
