She is always available by email to answer any questions or to address any concerns I may have and to keep me informed of what to expect. I have used a combination of blue sparrow's services and visits to nob hill cat clinic for surgeries and testing to ensure my little furry family members have the best quality of life possible and she never fails to follow up with both the cat clinic and myself regarding any recent visits. Having a vet who truly cares for her animal patients is very important to me and I am happy I have found such a wonderful team I can trust with my kitty care, hopefully for several years to come.
