Tandem Diagnostic Services
These services are available to clients who are referred directly by their primary care veterinarian. Our role is to assist with performing a diagnostic in the home (blood work, blood pressure, etc). The results will be provided to your primary practice for interpretation and continued ongoing care. Arrangements are made through our Client Care and Hospital Services Manager so that verified diagnostics can be performed and seamless care provided between veterinary practices.
All new patients are requested to complete the New Client/Patient Intake form, which is available here.
