The process obviously sucked but each time she and her tech (Ann for the initial visit; Melissa for the actual day; both great) took every opportunity to be considerate and thoughtful, from just knocking on the door instead of ringing the doorbell to how thoroughly they explained what would happen. I never felt rushed and it was peaceful and loving. I am so grateful.
